Return Policy
Order Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel an order, please email julia@twoandten.com with your order confirmation attached.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to wait until it arrives before returning it.
Damaged Items
Each piece is handmade and carefully packaged, but ceramics can be fragile.
If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, please email julia@twoandten.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so I can review your claim. Once approved, I’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please make sure to wrap it securely, as ceramics are fragile.
To start a return, please email julia@twoandten.com.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the return shipping address (located in Houston, TX).
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. For your protection, I recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
After your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, you’ll receive one of the following:

An exchange for the returned item

A store credit

A refund to your original payment method
